First Cria born of 2012
Such a nice sunny day on Monday April 9th. I went to work on carding some fleece for the upcoming sheep festival this coming weekend and was looking out the window as I work watching the alpacas, when I thought I seen legs hanging out of Champagne. I dropped what I was doing, ran out to the pasture to find she was having her baby. New mom and a month early.
