Gluten Free Almond Flour Bread/Rolls





3 cups almond flour
5 tbsp Psyllium husk powder
4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp salt
4 whole eggs
1 3/4 boiling water
2 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
Heat oven to 350degrees
Heat water to boiling
Now mix the almond flour, psyllium, baking powder, salt, eggs. Mixure will be stiff. Slowly add your boiling water while mixing then add the apple cider vinegar. Now you can put on greased baking sheet in bun shapes or I put it all in a small bread loaf pan and bake for at least 60 minutes. I baked the loaf about 70 minutes.
